Okay, folks, this one's a no-brainer. All you have to do is answer a few easy questions, and you're on your way. You'll be given instructions on what to do with the answers in the introductory email you receive from the mailing list.
First, the basics: What is your character's name? Age/sex? General appearance?
See, that wasn't so bad, was it? Now for the harder stuff:
What is your c's concept? i.e., are you a Scorp, a Freelancer, a Government Agent, or a rival gang leader? This one's wide open.
How did you get to New Jerusalem? i.e., born there, drifted in, etc.
What are your motivations? Ulterior motives? Feel free to keep these to yourself, but your C needs a reason to do whatever it is he or she does.
